With the cooperation and funding of the state bodies of the Republic of Artsakh, an annual festival of Artsakh wine was initiated and organized every year, in the territory of the Melikakan reserve of Togh village, Hadrut region. At the festival, Artsakh wine, other products of plumbing were presented, souvenirs, works of art, traditional kitchen products were sold. During the festival, famous Artsakh musical and theater groups performed, and various exhibitions were organized.

Արցախյան գինու փառատոնը Արցախի ամենահայտնի զբոսաշրջային միջոցառումներից մեկն էր։ Դրան մասնակցելու համար հազարավոր զբոսաշրջիկներ էին այցելում Արցախ՝ Հայաստանից և արտերկրից։ Պատերազմից հետո փառատոնի անցկացումը դադարեցվել է։
